Mentoring for serious applicants
Study in Europe with research-focused guidance
Masters, PhD and Postdoc mentoring focused on funded opportunities in Europe—strategy, documents, and execution support with clear timelines.
Important: I do not evaluate profiles in Messenger/WhatsApp. Please book an assessment.
Who I am
I am a researcher with experience in computer science, medical image processing, robotic surgery and biomedical engineering. I completed my PhD with an Erasmus Mundus scholarship at the Technical University of Madrid (Spain), worked at the University of Lübeck (Germany), and later worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School (USA) supported by the Margarita Salas fellowship.
See details
- Before PhD: researcher roles at Indian Statistical Institute and IIM Calcutta (India).
- Mentoring focus: STEM, applied science, engineering, computer science and related fields.
- Style: structured guidance, clear timelines, defined scope, limited revisions.
Who I usually work with
I work best with candidates who are ready to do consistent work and take responsibility for the process. In funded admissions, discipline and integrity matter as much as grades.
See details
- Masters applicants who need a strong, well-structured application pack.
- PhD / Postdoc applicants targeting funded research positions with specific supervisors and labs.
- Candidates who want a realistic assessment (including “apply later after improving the profile”).
Outcome: A practical plan that prioritizes quality applications over random, low-conversion attempts.

FAQ
Clear answers to the most common questions.
What is the difference between a Consultation, Sprint, Track, and Document Service?
- Consultation (1:1): strategy + diagnosis + action plan. No rewriting or ongoing support.
- Workshop Sprint (Cohort): structured teaching + homework + clinics. Feedback is provided via clinics and structured review slots. Not continuous mentoring.
- Done-with-you Track: multi-week execution support with defined deliverables, revision rounds, and a support window.
- Document Services: one-off improvements (CV/SOP/proposal). Transactional—no targeting, no follow-ups.
Do you provide unlimited feedback in Sprints?
No. Sprints are workshops. Feedback is structured and time-boxed to protect quality for everyone.
- Clinics: cover common mistakes + selected live reviews + Q&A within a fixed time box.
- Not everyone is reviewed live. Some reviews are selected to maximise learning for the cohort.
- Scholarship seats (Masters/PhD): do not include review slots or guaranteed clinic hot-seats.
- For deeper personalised review and faster iteration, choose a Done-with-you Track.
How do clinics and reviews work?
Clinics are structured group sessions focused on correction patterns and a limited number of live reviews.
- Submit homework via the official submission form by the deadline.
- Live reviews are rubric-based: what to change + why (not full rewriting).
- Deep, iterative rewriting and lab-specific tailoring are provided inside Done-with-you Tracks.
Do you guarantee admission or scholarships?
No. I do not guarantee admission or scholarships. I help you avoid common mistakes, improve your materials, and execute a fit-based strategy. Final decisions depend on the university, programme, and supervisor.
Can you review my profile in Messenger/WhatsApp?
No. Please book a Profile Assessment or join a Sprint.
I am from Bangladesh. How do payments work?
Please use the booking form and mention “Bangladesh”. We will share the correct payment method for your location.
